Deer Park Middle School Dedication
Who: Parents, community members, and media outlets are welcomed and encouraged to join us at the dedication ceremony for Deer Park Middle in North Charleston.
What: Deer Park Middle is the District’s newest middle school, which currently serves students in fifth and sixth grade. The school centers around four pillars: curriculum, climate, culture, and community.
Featured speakers for this event include Mayor Keith Summey, Superintendent Gerrita Postlewait, District 4 Constituent Board Member Charles Monteith, and other distinguished guests.
When: Monday, November 14, 2016 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. A guided tour of the new facility will follow after the conclusion of the dedication ceremony.
